Penetrator Nozzle
Constructed from hardened wear‑resistant stainless steel, this penetrator nozzle delivers powerful forward‑directed jet thrust to cut and break through heavy pipeline blockages. Featuring replaceable ceramic inserts for extended service life, it works for clearing rock, ice, limescale, root and condensate blockages. Max operating pressure: 300 Bar, available with NPT / BSPP thread connections.

About This Product
Manufactured from wear‑resistant hardened stainless steel, the Penetrator Nozzle generates exceptional high‑penetration thrust via multiple forward‑facing penetrating jets. Its sharp cutting edges cut, shatter and penetrate a wide range of stubborn pipeline obstructions.
All ceramic inserts are fully replaceable, greatly extending service life compared to conventionally drilled nozzles.
Applications
Ideal for clearing fully blocked pipelines caused by rocks, ice, limestone deposits, condensate buildup, tree roots and other tough obstructions.
Important Notice
Due to its high‑power sharp cutting edges, **do not deploy this nozzle in sharp bends or plastic pipes**, as it may cause damage to pipework.
