About This Product
Our Penetrator Nozzle with Drill Point is a high‑performance heavy‑duty sewer cleaning nozzle designed for tackling complete, stubborn pipeline blockages. Manufactured from hardened wear‑resistant stainless steel, this nozzle features a sharp drill‑style tip and multi‑hole forward penetrating jets to generate tremendous thrust for advancing through heavily blocked pipes.
Sharp cutting edges enable cutting, fracturing and piercing of tough deposits including rock, ice, limestone scale, hardened condensate and tree roots. All jet orifices adopt replaceable ceramic inserts, greatly extending service life compared to conventional drilled‑hole nozzles; worn inserts can be swapped out instead of replacing the whole nozzle body to cut operating costs.
Multiple rear thrust jets provide stable pulling power to drag the nozzle and hose forward deep inside the pipe. Thread options include NPT and BSPP to fit most high‑pressure sewer jetter hoses. Custom flow and pressure configurations are supported to match diverse job requirements.
Important Note: Due to its high‑aggressive cutting geometry, this nozzle is NOT recommended for sharp pipe bends or plastic pipework to avoid pipe damage.
